  • What does this limited warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period Phonik will either refund you or replace products that prove a manufacture defect under normal use and maintenance. In the case you are not satisfied with a product replacement, we will proceed to do a refund.

  • How long the warranty lasts?

The warranty period for products purchased from Phonik is 15 days from the day you receive the product.

  • What does the warranty not cover?

The warranty does not cover any problem caused by:

  • Conditions, malfunctions or damage caused by inappropriate use of the product
