Orders will be delivered from our warehouse by Australia Post. You are not required to sign on the package to receive the item, therefore, it is recommended to choose an address where there is a mailbox, or someone available to receive the package during business hours.

Do we ship internationally?

At the moment we only offer Australia wide shipping.

How long does it take before my order gets shipped?

We will endeavour to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days. However, please be patient in case we are spending extra time on making your items ready, particularly during high demand seasons. Orders placed on weekdays after 5pm, during the weekend or public holidays might take a bit more to be processed and shipped.

There might be a possibility that the item you ordered run out of stock. If this situation happens we will inform you as soon as possible.

After the order is shipped, how long does it takes to be delivered?

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, you can track you order through the Australia Post website with your tracking number 3-5 days after the order is shipped.
